Rental Information and Regulations
Cleaning Fee
A $200 cleaning fee is included in the rental rate.
Excluded Events
Our studio is strictly reserved for creative and professional activities. Festive celebrations(including but not limited to baby showers, birthday parties, etc.) are not tolerated.
Capacity
Maximum capacity of 50 people
Security Deposit
A $500 deposit is required to cover potential costs in case of damage to equipment and/or premises. It will be fully refunded after inspection if no damage is found.

Three (3) tables and ten (10) chairs are available on site
