Space Rental for Artistic and Corporate Events Juste B Studio offers an elegant and versatile space for your artistic or corporate events. Ideal for workshops, training sessions, content creation days, meetings, or product launches, our studio is designed to meet your professional and creative needs. Rental Conditions: - Minimum rental period: 5 hours - Cleaning fee: $200 - Maximum capacity: 50 people - Deposit required: $500 - Important: Setup time at the beginning, takedown, and cleaning at the end are included in the rental period. - Note: Personal celebrations (birthdays, baby showers, etc.) are unfortunately NOT PERMITTED. Location conditions: - Minimum duration: 5 hours - Cleaning fee: $200 - Maximum capacity: 30 people **Important: The initial installation time and reassembly as well as the Cleaning at the end must be included in the rental time. **Note: Personal celebrations (birthdays, baby showers, etc.) are not unfortunately NOT ALLOWED.
